All buying questionsHow do the payment options work?
COD request: 25% after submission, then 75% on delivery before unloading, placement or assembly.
Online payment requires 100% in advance.
When will my furniture arrive?
Standard fulfilment is 15 days, with free delivery across Pakistan. For made-to-order pieces, this period starts once the required payment is received and the final specifications are approved in writing.
Our team will confirm availability and coordinate the delivery appointment and access requirements.
Does the price include the whole set?
The price applies to the configuration you select. Product cards show “From” when configurations have different prices. Open the product and choose the size or set contents to see the matching price before ordering.
Can I change the size, fabric or finish?
Selected products can be customised. Share the product link, measurements, preferred finish or fabric and your delivery city. Our team will confirm what is possible and provide a quotation before production.
