From an idea to your home

A clear path to your piece.

  1. Share your idea

    Send a product reference, room dimensions, delivery city and the changes you’d like.

  2. Define the details

    We’ll discuss feasibility and confirm specifications, price and order terms with you.

  3. Approve your piece

    Production follows written approval of the final specifications and receipt of the required payment.

  4. Bring it home

    We coordinate delivery and access. The standard 15-day fulfilment period begins once payment and specifications are approved.

Pakistan Furniture & Interiors designs and manufactures furniture in-house. That allows us to discuss practical changes to selected products and fully custom requirements before production begins.

How the process works

  1. Requirement: share the information above by WhatsApp or through our contact form.
  2. Feasibility and quotation: our team reviews the request and confirms what can be made and the price.
  3. Approval: production begins after the specification is approved and the required payment is received. Online orders are paid in full; COD orders require a 25% advance after submission.
  4. Production and delivery: our standard fulfilment time is 15 days. For made-to-order and custom pieces, this begins after the required payment is received and the final specification is approved. We will coordinate the delivery appointment and any access requirements for your address.

Important before approval

A standard or made-to-order purchase can be cancelled for a full refund before production or irreversible material procurement begins. Once work has started, change-of-mind cancellation is not automatic. If the delivered item is materially different from the approved specification or has a confirmed quality fault, contact us so the issue can be assessed under our policies.
