Pakistan Furniture & Interiors provides a 10-year structural and polish warranty on our furniture. We also remain available throughout ownership to help with product questions, care guidance and after-sales support.
What the warranty covers
- Structural warranty: confirmed manufacturing or workmanship issues affecting the furniture’s structure.
- Polish warranty: issues affecting the applied polish on wooden furniture, subject to inspection.
Coverage is assessed against the product, order details and the condition in which the issue occurred. External damage and hardware are not included.

- Share the order name or number, product photographs or video, and a clear description of the issue.
- Our team will review the information and explain the appropriate next step.
Please do not arrange an outside repair before speaking with us, as it may make the original issue harder to assess.
Lifetime support
Lifetime support means our team remains available for advice and assistance throughout ownership. It does not mean that every future repair, service, part, labour or transport cost is free.
Custom orders and mismatches
A standard or made-to-order purchase can be cancelled for a full refund before production or irreversible material procurement begins. Once work has started, change-of-mind cancellation is not automatic. If an item is materially different from the approved specification or has a confirmed quality fault, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or return.
