Shipping policy
Pakistan Furniture & Interiors provides free delivery across Pakistan. Our standard fulfilment time is 15 days; for made-to-order furniture, it starts after the required payment is verified and the final specification is approved in writing. We coordinate the delivery appointment and any access requirements for the address.
Fulfilment and delivery timing
Fulfilment is order preparation, not a guaranteed arrival date. We coordinate the delivery appointment for the product, address and access requirements. If the timing changes, we will provide an updated order-specific schedule.
Payment paths
Your cart and checkout show the full order value. Online payment requires 100% payment in advance. A cash-on-delivery order request requires a 25% advance after submission and verification. The remaining 75% is due on delivery before unloading, placement or assembly, by cash or verified instant transfer to an official Pakistan Furniture & Interiors account. A COD order is confirmed only after the advance is verified.
Delivery coverage
We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas or locations with restricted access may require additional coordination. International shipping is not currently available.
Before delivery
- Please provide complete and accurate contact and delivery-address details.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and that the delivery path is accessible for the furniture.
On delivery
Please inspect the item as soon as practical. If it is materially different from the confirmed order or has a manufacturing or quality fault, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos. We will assess the issue under our Refund policy.
