  • For heavy or oversized furniture items, delivery costs may vary. The exact charge will be visible on the product page or at checkout.

  • If a Free Delivery offer is active, eligibility details will appear at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • For ready-in-stock items, delivery usually takes up to 15 business days.

  • For custom-made or out-of-stock products, additional time may be required. You will be notified with an estimated delivery timeline after order confirmation.

4. Order Processing
Once your order is received, our team verifies stock, packs the items carefully, and prepares them for dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

  • If furniture installation or assembly is required, the service charge or terms (if any) will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

  • Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the items for any visible damage or missing parts and inform us immediately.

6. Damages & Returns During Delivery

  • If any damage or defect is noticed upon delivery, please report it to the delivery team and contact our support team right away.

  • Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund according to our return policy.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer delivery within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
