- Fulfilment & delivery
- Standard fulfilment time: 15 days Delivery is free across Pakistan. We will coordinate the delivery appointment and any access requirements for your address.
- Payment choices
- COD request: 25% after submission, then 75% on delivery before unloading, placement or assembly. Online: pay 100% in advance
- Warranty
- 10-year structural and polish warranty Structural cover applies to confirmed manufacturing or workmanship issues. Polish cover applies to wooden furniture. External damage and hardware are excluded.
For made-to-order pieces, the 15-day fulfilment period begins after the required payment is received and the final size, material, finish and configuration are approved in writing.
